Under the guidance of the BADILI EDUCATIONAL CENTRE CBO leadership, the institution has a Board of management [BOM] committee which is appointed by the community to support the Director to implement the Badili Mission Statement.
The BOM is the policy making body whose reports are submitted to the relevant government department, donors of the project, partners and other interested stake holders.
The BOM committee is composed of 9 members. It ratifies all the progress reports, discussed and approves strategic plans and annual plans, recruit staff and provide general policy guidance to the management of the institution.
